About Me
I have been involved in lifesaving for about 30 years and have
competed in Surf and Freshwater lifesaving. I worked on the beach as
a lifeguard after school and have been privileged to use Lifesaving to
help young people from underprivileged communities attain some
valuable life skills. I have been able to compete at World Champs,
The German Cup, The Commonwealth Lifesaving Champs as well as
SA Champs. I also enjoy Surfing, Surfski Paddling and Running
