Sailing @ DUC
Sailing at DUC at the present time, is purely as a social activity, as the club is not affiliated to South African Sailing.
However, the positive is that if you wish to just enjoy the sport as a casual pastime, then there is no requirement to belong to SAS. This saves the unnecessary payment of SAS affiliation fees that are automatically levied by other sailing clubs..
If you would prefer, should you wish to participate in formal SAS recognised regattas (other than casual sailing and racing) contact me and I can advise you on the best process.
