DUC Spearfishing Combo Comp 2026

Open to shore diving and boat diving from Port Edward down south to the Tugela River mouth up north. Weigh-in at the DUC wash bay at 3 pm, so plan your trips accordingly.

Shore divers get the advantage of adding their crayfish bag weight to the biggest fish of their catch. Boat divers only weigh in their biggest fish. Valid spearfishing and crayfish permits are required, as well as the necessity to stick to bag, size, and season restrictions.

Billfish, GTs, Garrick, Rays, and Sharks will not be weighed in; a detailed list will be added to the WhatsApp group. Fish must be gutted and gilled and definitely not frozen.
