Join us on 10th November for an exciting workshop where you’ll learn relaxation & visualization techniques used by freedivers to enhance their performance during deep dives.
This workshop is open to everyone – no prior freediving experience required! Visualization helps improve focus, build mental resilience, and boost performance, while relaxation techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting calmness, lowering heart rate, and improving breath control.
