COVID reminders

A reminder that when you are inside the clubhouse, masks must be worn and that social distancing protocols are followed. There are sanitizing stations around the clubhouse and soap is available at the wash basins. You will not be served at the till points if you do not have a mask on correctly. (nose covered!). Also, please try and use the outdoors areas as much as possible and only sit inside if you really can’t use the outside areas which includes the beach!

Some members are concerned that other members are behaving irresponsibly when following COVID protocols. Please be considerate to fellow members who are concerned for their health or may be compromised. We ask that children are instructed by their parents to wear masks when inside the clubhouse. We also ask that you complete the COVID register at the club entrance and assist the club and staff in making the club a happy, safe place to be without us having to reprimand each other all the time.

Subs Payment reminder

A reminder that payment notifications have now been sent to all DUC and DSBC members and fees are now due. The clubs have had a flood of new membership applications since the new clubhouse has opened and the club committees are concerned that we may exceed the “carrying capacity” of the new facility if they continue to accept more applications.

If you do not intend to renew your membership for the 2020/21 membership, please let us know by sending a resignation email to accounts@pwsc.co.za so that we can cancel your membership account and get a handle on how many more members we can accept.
