Dear DUC and DSBC Members
We are hot, tired of it and hopefully soon, the powers that be will proclaim that COVID is endemic and no longer a pandemic and remove the state of emergency and related regulations. Until then, as a public space, the club requires that mask wearing, and social distancing protocols still be observed within the clubhouse.
Please assist the staff by co-operating when asked to wear your masks inside the clubhouse.
We would like to remind members that the club has a power generator unit currently in working order and operates close to normal during load shedding. So, if you are thinking of eating out while load shedding is affecting you, consider supporting the club during these times.
PWC Food Order App – now available for main kitchen orders
Sitting on the beach and feeling a bit peckish but the thought of standing in the kitchen queue doesn’t appeal? PWC now has a Food Order app that will enable you to order selected menu items without having to join the kitchen queue on a take away basis only.
Initially the menu items on offer will be very limited (see menu attached) and the immediate aim is to use the support received from the members and experience gained by operating this service to allow the club to refine and expand the offering.
